GUESS WHAT???? TIME TO GET YOUR SCARE ON!

Hello, hello, hello. How are all of you this first day of Fall?  I have had one heck of a busy summer, but so thrilled to be back on line, and doing what I love to do best - write and created my large array of handcrafted unique gifts. But the biggest thrill of them all is that in just a few more days it will be time for my blogs - 2014 Thrill Fest - ghost stories - old and new. Legends - Fact or Fiction and new caving ideas for your Halloween pumpkins of all shapes.

As you can see this is when I let myself step back from an every day wife and mother, and transform in "Katarina" Yes, this is a costume that I designed last year after writing a story called - "Hex of the Voodoo Witch - The Grey Hair Curse" - is the first story in my newly released book titled: "Twisted - Creepy Tales From A Mother's Mind" now available on Amazon.com.

But enough about me - I am calling on as many people who would like to share their stories of what scares them. (I will not put your names in the stories that I create).  Think about it... is it a dark rain on a moonless cold blustery fall night? Could it be the sounds of foot steps after everyone is tucked in bed for the night?  I'd like you to tell me, what gives you the creeps, scares you, or sends a chill up your spine when that Halloween season comes round?

 

I am so excited to get things going for what I'd like to call my blog for the Month of October - "Thrill Fest 2014" - LET'S GET THIS PARTY STARTED. All you have to do is tell me what scares you - If you dare - and let my imagination and love for Halloween develop fictional story that will have you hiding under the covers till dawns early light. I am looking forward to hearing from you.

The Tragic Nursery Rhyme

Hello once again. Yes, I have been off line for a spell. As many of you know, I had a new book that came out, TWISTED: Creepy Tales from a mother's mind, sooner than it was supposed to on Amazon.com.

 

It was to debut in June on the night of the full moon - Friday the 13th, but I soon learned I have no control over publishers and their time schedules. My personal scheduled has been excessively filled to the brim and being a mother I have found that when people say the baby age for children is the easiest - They are SO right. I just recently sent my oldest son out into the world about six states away to experience life in the mid-west. As a city boy, I can say - he's doing better out there every day.  My younger son, will finish his last day of his Junior year in High School today, and then he too, will be heading to the mid-west to spend his summer/several weeks on his grandfathers wheat farm until my husband and I go out and pick him up. So that leaves me and my husband in a new life experience called - Empty Nesters. Something tells me - we'll prevail. (smile). 

 

Now why did I title this blog today "The Tragic Nursery Rhyme", you ask?  All because of a Birthday card my youngest son got for a friend.  This is what it read - enjoy.  Happy Monday Everyone.

The Big REVEAL!

Greetings to everyone -  I have to say that these past ten days have got to be by far the most exciting days that one could experience in a life time. I am a firm believer that the good in life out weights the bad and today was the icing on the cake that proved it for me.

 

As many of you know I have been off blogger for about week, but for great reasons - I have been tediously working on getting my new - mystery suspense thriller - published and that is why I have not gotten the conclusion of my story, "The Haunted Treeline" Legend of Mr. Witticker. posted.
