It's a small town with a main street where everyone knows everyone, quaint, off the beaten path, with only a few people - those are often the places most desired, especially if you are getting ready to settle into retirement, but with those retirement years comes the overwhelming reality that with age also come medical conditions that for some, the only result is assisted living.
But what if you were offered a place of beauty, peace, community, togetherness, and still be able to live in a home built just for you and your significant other in a gated community with lush green lawns, mature oak trees and streets lined with beautiful pottery filled with aromatic flowers, that you would never have to upkeep yourself ...would you consider making that type of purchase? What if this same offer came with no expense at all and all your medical needs were met? Most of us would probably jump at the opportunity. But what if it meant signing your soul away just to have that type of living that harbored no expenses at all...would you still move to a place that was indeed heaven on earth?
