Another Saturday is upon us again, and I am thrilled to know that we are now in the Autumn season. I've gotten my pumpkins out, the cornstalks are up and decorated, the mums are of multiple colors and are in full bloom and my favorite Halloween blowups are in the yard for another year. I love this season, have since I was a little kid - which brings me to today's update. I got a different request this year that I'm rather eager to publish and not many know I had a interest in. As you know, I truly enjoy drawing, painting and anything that has my brain thinking creatively. This request still falls in the area of writing and with the Halloween theme, but not the spooky, mystery, thrillers, I generally gravitate towards. I was asked to try to write something on the happy side of Halloween that could be read to younger children. I was immediately intrigued with this idea and before I knew it, the brain started movin' and grovin'. I still plan on bringing you the traditional Halloween style flair to other stories, but this one is more along the lines of cute, simple, and very heartwarming. A story that I hope will someday become a childhood classic.
Coming Monday September 30th, 2013 EST.
